Sati is a Zen practice of stillness and ease. When the body is clear and still, so is mind. Through physical exercise Sati utilises the way that mind, breath and body perfectly reflect each other.
Being Aware and Present can be trained by giving attention to breathing, the most dynamic aspect of our physical and mental being.
Developing Mindfulness establishes awareness of constant change and that there is nothing that we need to get rid of, nor anywhere we have to go, to be well and happy.
Living in the here and now is elusive but accessible. It starts with learning to let go and we all have to start somewhere so come and see |
