Sati is the practice of stillness and ease.

When the body is clear and still, so is mind.

Sati exercises the body to become relaxed and energised, stilling mind, breath and body.


Developing Mindfulness by giving attention to the simplest of everyday activities there is profound understanding and fulfillment in our daily life



Realising the nature of constant change, there is nothing that we need to get rid of, nor anywhere we have to go, to be well and happy.
